CreditFixPro is self-service software for education, organization, and user-reviewed document drafting. It is not a law firm and does not guarantee any result.
Service Overview
CreditFixPro helps users review credit report information, organize potential issues, prepare self-service draft letters, and track dispute activity. You are responsible for checking every imported field and every draft before using it.
No Legal, Financial, or Credit Advice
CreditFixPro provides educational tools and templates. It does not provide legal advice, financial advice, credit counseling, loan advice, or representation before any credit bureau, creditor, furnisher, collector, court, or government agency.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
CreditFixPro does not guarantee deletions, score increases, approvals, financing terms, response times, or any specific result. Outcomes depend on your facts, supporting records, and how third parties investigate or respond.
User Responsibilities
Use CreditFixPro only for your own credit information or where you have lawful authority. Do not submit false disputes, false identity-theft statements, inaccurate account facts, or documents you have not reviewed. You decide whether, when, and how to send any letter.
Payments and Paid Features
Paid subscriptions are disabled unless shown as available in your state and configured in checkout. If paid features are enabled, they provide access to additional self-service draft templates and workflow tools. CreditFixPro does not charge to contact bureaus for you or perform credit repair services on your behalf.
Cancellation and Support
If you have a billing, cancellation, account deletion, or data export question, contact support@getcreditfixpro.com. Do not send full Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, or payment card details by email.
