Information We Handle

CreditFixPro may handle your account email, authentication records, credit report PDFs you submit for transient parsing, parsed report fields, generated drafts, dispute tracking records, score tracking entries, verified letter identity details that you enter such as name, mailing address, phone, current employer, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of SSN, subscription status, consent records, and app activity events needed to operate and secure the service. The submitted credit report PDF and its raw extracted text are not retained after parsing, but parsed account and report fields may be saved to your account.

How Information Is Used

We use information to authenticate users, process uploads, parse reports, prepare user-reviewed drafts, track workflows, provide support, process subscriptions when enabled, remember verified letter details you choose to save, troubleshoot errors, protect accounts, and improve reliability.

Vendors

The app uses service providers for hosting, database, authentication, private file storage, email/auth flows, payment processing when enabled, analytics events, and template-assisted drafting workflows. Vendors should only receive data needed for their role in operating the service.

Retention, Export, and Deletion

The original credit report PDF and raw extracted text are not retained after parsing. Parsed report records, dispute drafts, score evidence, verified letter identity details, and other account data may be retained while your account is active, unless you clear or delete them, or while needed for security, support, compliance, billing, or legal recordkeeping. Use the controls in Account settings to export or delete your account. If you cannot sign in, email support@getcreditfixpro.com. The JSON export contains stored account records and a manifest of stored files; it does not include the original credit report PDF or embed the contents of other stored files. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. When web billing through Stripe is enabled, the five checkout or paid re-consent acknowledgements, legal versions, state, price and billing terms where applicable, timestamp, IP/user agent, and provider-correlation history are stored as immutable evidence, included in account export, and may remain after account deletion for the disclosed legal-retention period, provider cleanup and redaction follow-up, or an applicable legal hold. A queued provider redaction request is tracked separately from confirmed completion. If the referral or affiliate program is enabled, the app may also retain eligible paid-conversion, payout, and reward-reversal evidence for payout reconciliation, billing disputes, fraud prevention, or a legal hold. Account exports include the requesting user's own referral records but omit the other participant's identity; partner reporting remains aggregate. Native paid billing is currently disabled and will not launch until its consent and provider evidence controls and this policy are reviewed and updated.

Support and Admin Access

Support/admin access should be limited to troubleshooting, security, billing, compliance, and account assistance. Do not send full SSNs, full account numbers, passwords, or payment details in support messages.

Security

Credit report PDFs are transmitted to the parser over HTTPS and processed for the request without being retained in account storage. Parsed report fields are stored in an access-controlled database governed by row-level security policies. Other files you choose to save for supported features use private user-scoped storage. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so report suspicious activity immediately.
