You have the right to review your credit reports and dispute information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unverifiable, or the result of identity theft. You may contact credit bureaus, furnishers, and collectors directly without using CreditFixPro.
Self-Service Drafting Only
CreditFixPro does not send disputes for you, contact bureaus for you, negotiate with creditors, provide legal representation, or decide which claims are true. You review, edit, print, save, mail, or submit any documents yourself.
No Advance Promises
CreditFixPro does not promise deletion, score improvement, approval, financing, or any timeline. You should only use dispute language that matches your facts and supporting records.
No False Disputes
Do not dispute accurate information as inaccurate, claim identity theft when it is not true, or omit facts needed to make a draft accurate. False statements can create legal and financial consequences.
